If you decide, after making an appointment, that you want to change your choice of hospital, or your appointment time please contact the RMS who can advise you on your options. Call 01872 226700 or email KCCG.Health@nhs.net

Please make your GP Surgery aware of any times which will be unsuitable for an appointment, at the time of Referral.
