RMS Clinical Referral Guidelines

Community HealthPathways – launching 16 May 2023

Cornwall and Isles of Scilly ICB will be launching Community HealthPathways on Tuesday 16 May 2023, which will eventually replace this website. Over time, you will find that the content on this website will reduce as more content is localised on Community HealthPathways.

You can access the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly site here.

Community HealthPathways has a generic username and password for healthcare professionals to access the site. This will be circulated to GP practices once the site has launched. If you have not received the username and password by 16 May, please email the RMS at CIOSICB.health@nhs.net.
