As of 13/5/19 all referrals to the RCHT breast clinic (excluding reconstruction and family history referrals) need to be sent on the Suspected Cancer and Symptomatic Breast Referral Form
Patients new to Cornwall with a history of breast cancer
In the event that a patient has been treated out-of-county for breast cancer and requires on-going advice, follow-up or surveillance, please attach a referral letter with the symptomatic breast referral form, including information regarding when the patient last had radiological imaging, so that the patient may be allocated to the appropriate clinic.
If the patient has a new breast symptom that may be suggestive of breast cancer, please refer to the symptomatic breast clinic here
