Renal Artery Stenosis

Managed by Renal Physicians

May be cause of hypertension if bilateral

Incidental finding with worsening renal function on ACEI

Associated with other arteriopathy

 

Mesenteric Ischaemia

Difficult

Hx of severe weight loss, cachexia, and often with a " fear of food" as pain after eating

Associated with other atheromatous disease
