Suspected SUFE in Children

Suspected slipped upper femoral epiphysis (SUFE) in children

Hip pain in children should be referred according to the guideline here

For 8-16 year old with acute hip pain where SUFE is suspected, imaging should be arranged as soon as possible following the pathway below:
