- Heart failure
- Valvular heart disease
- Cardiomyopathy
- Breathlessness
Exclusions:
- Patients meeting Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic (RACPC) referral criteria.
- Hypertension referrals
- Inherited Cardiac conditions
Prior to Referral:
Recent FBC, U+E
Please ensure that a recent 12 lead ECG is attached to the referral.
