• Arrhythmias
• Palpitations
• Chest pain in those patients not fulfilling the Urgent Chest Pain Service criteria
• Ischaemic heart disease
• Pericardial disease
• Diseases of the thoracic aorta
• Syncope
• Cardiomyopathy
• Breathlessness

 

 Exclusions:

• Patients meeting Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic (RACPC) referral criteria.
• Hypertension referrals
• Inherited Cardiac conditions
• Valvular heart disease- see Heart Valve Clinic
• Heart failure- see Heart Failure
• Adult Congenital Heart Disease

 

Prior to Referral:

Recent FBC, U+E

Please ensure that a recent 12 lead ECG is attached to the referral.
