Aesthetic Surgery (ENT)

 

Aesthetic ear surgery including pinnaplasty and repair of the ear lobe (regardless of the cause) is NOT routinely commissioned.

All referrals for these procedures MUST be accompanied by a successful application to the individual funding panel with any referrals to ENT being made on a routine basis. Referrals made without a successful individual funding request (IFR) will be returned / declined.

Minimal Referral Information:

1. Copy of the approved / successful individual funding request
2. Details of condition requiring treatment
3. Confirmation that the patient wishes to pursue surgical intervention
