Chondrodermatitis helicis nodularis (CDHN)

When to consider a referral:
- If symptoms are severe and unresponsive to pressure relieving measures (e.g. www.thepillowwithahole.co.uk) and the patient has had a trial of a super potent topical steroid (e.g. dermovate) for 1 month.
- In cases of diagnostic uncertainty where the clinician is worried about the possibility of a BCC or SCC.
